The company provides an over 1000 square meter new production test center, which is up to the CNAS laboratory certification standards. In the test standardization management, the test center is equipped with professional testing rooms, and over 40 sets of product testing equipment and multiple international advanced professional test equipment, such as temperature-humidity vibration test bed, 7-axis joint scanning measuring arm, spectrograph, overloading durability comprehensive test bed, rubber tube dynamic pulse test bed, seat strength fatigue test machine, terminal section analyzer, three coordinates and etc.. In the meantime, the company has set up TDM test data management system platform so as to improve the management level of test informatization, fully guarantee the new product development and technology innovation and ensure the product quality is at an industry advanced level from r&d to mass production.

The company has the advanced manufacturing capacity in the domestic industry. Taking Automation, Informatization, and Intellectualization of production manufacturing as the core, the company scientifically applies to use SAP, MES, WMS, BPM and other information systems, and successfully set up the Automated High-rise Warehouse and AGV Intelligent warehousing and logistics Distribution System.
